Norwegian Safety Partners AS

The company Norwegian Safety Partners AS (NSP) is formed to develop and operate an internet-based system for course management and online booking. NSP is owned by ResQ AS, Norward AS and Safemar AS. Course providers is offered a licensing contract for using this system for course management and online booking.

LICENSES & CLIENTS

(a) A license may consist of a standalone copy of the course management and online booking system, where company, personal and corresponding employment information have to be built up from scratch. Such a standalone license will contain courses from the licensed provider only.

(b) A license may be linked with other licenses in the NSP's course database, thus utilizing company, personal and corresponding employment information. Such a license is defined as a client in the NSP's database. NSP will be careful with who's defined as clients in the database. Specific client information in the database will typically be price agreements between customers and clients, and there is no access between clients regarding this kind of data.

Each license or client is initially represented by;

  • a portal for online course booking from private participants
  • a portal for online course booking for employees of a company
  • a course management system interfaced with the booking portals
PORTALS FOR PRIVATE AND CORPORATE BOOKING

A standalone lisense will have one portal for private booking and one portal for corporate booking. NSP may define different booking portals in the NSP's database (both for private and corporate booking). Each portal can consist of one or more clients, and vica versa one client may enter into one or multiple portals.

Private User:
Can book courses from all portals/clients in the NSP course database, provided sufficiently defined with a username and password in the database. If defined only in a standalone license, the private user may only book courses from the licenced provider. Private users get username and password when loging into a portal for the first time.

VIP User: Can book courses for employees in one or several companies from all portals/clients in the NSP course database, provided sufficiently defined with username and password in the database. If defined only in a standalone license, thye VIP user may only book courses from the licensed provider. VIP users are supplied with a username and password by contacting clients or licenses.

MANAGEMENT

Administrator:
Can log on to the course management system for a specific client or license. In the NSP's database, username and password will define which client the administrator will be logged on to.

Client Manager: As an Administrator, but also the ability to define client-specific addresses used by the confirmation e-mails aso, sub-contractors to the client and also information used by the Internet payment solution.

Portal Administrator: Can define portals and clients in the NSP's database. This role is not relevant for a standalone license.
